The Mandarin Oriental’s Petreus Restaurant was in a slump.
To attract wealthy locals, a caviar bar was introduced to create interest.
A series of ads ran in newspapers and magazines introducing the origins and delights of eating caviar, as well as naming famous people throughout history whose lives were enriched by the delicacy.

Campaign results:

The restaurant became a huge success from the day it opened and the hotel received more than triple its ROI in critical reviews.
